My name is Bre Striff. As a passionate advocate for women's health and empowerment, I discovered my true calling in supporting expectant mothers through the miraculous journey of childbirth. Having personally experienced the profound impact of a fully supported birth, I became captivated by the transformative power of this intimate and empowering approach.
With a deep sense of purpose and empathy, I've dedicated my life to helping women embrace the beauty and strength within themselves during one of the most vulnerable and empowering moments of their lives. My own experiences as a mother of three have further fueled my commitment to this path. Two of my children were brought into this world with the gentle guidance and care of a midwife, forever changing the way I perceive the miracle of life and the importance of compassionate support.
As a doula, I embrace the opportunity to provide emotional, physical, and informational support to expectant parents, ensuring that their birth experience is filled with trust, confidence, and the utmost respect for their choices. Witnessing the joy, strength, and resilience of families as they welcome their little ones into the world brings me an indescribable sense of fulfillment. It is an honor to be entrusted with such a pivotal role, and I find immense joy in supporting families as they embark on this sacred journey.

Birth Doula Services My birth doula support provides continuous, compassionate care throughout pregnancy, labor, and the early postpartum hours. I offer evidence-based guidance, emotional support, comfort measures, and hands-on strategies to help you feel informed, grounded, and in control of your experience. From our prenatal visits to the moment you hold your baby, I walk with you through every decision and every stage, ensuring you feel seen, supported, and honored.
Childbirth Education My childbirth education classes are designed to prepare you for labor, birth, and the early postpartum period with clarity and confidence. Rooted in evidence-based information and body-centered practices, these classes explore physiology, comfort measures, advocacy, informed decision-making, and partner support. You will leave with tools that help you navigate your birth experience with knowledge and empowerment.
Postpartum Doula Services Postpartum doula care nurtures the whole family as you settle into life with your newborn. I provide practical support, education, and reassurance during the early weeks—helping with feeding, newborn care, physical recovery, emotional well-being, and creating sustainable rhythms at home. My role is to ease the transition, protect your rest, and make sure you feel confident, capable, and cared for.
From Birth to Baby From Birth to Baby is a comprehensive, multi-session series designed to bridge the entire journey—from preparing for labor to understanding the realities of early postpartum and newborn life. It blends childbirth education, newborn care, emotional preparation, partner-centered support, and practical tools for the fourth trimester. This class offers a full, cohesive roadmap so you and your family feel ready, connected, and supported every step of the way.
Newborn 101 Newborn 101 is a practical, accessible class that takes the confusion out of early newborn care. We cover feeding, diapering, bathing, safe sleep, soothing techniques, newborn cues, and what to expect in the first days and weeks. This class offers straightforward guidance and space for questions so you feel genuinely prepared—not overwhelmed—when your baby arrives.
Partner Support This class is designed specifically for partners and support people who want to show up with confidence, calm, and connection during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. We explore communication, emotional support, hands-on comfort techniques, navigating hospital or home-birth environments, and how to care for yourself while showing up fully for the birthing person. Partners leave feeling prepared, equipped, and deeply grounded in their role.
